The Cathey’s Top-Po is named after Cathey’s.  What is a Top-Po? It is a garment that can be worn as a Top or a Poncho therefore the name Top-Po. Cathey’s Top-Po is easy to make and fun to wear.  We will be making this as a swimsuit cover-up, another version to the original.  This class we will be making the scoop neckline using a material that you would want to wear as a cover-up.   We will also discuss other variations and how to accomplish them.  Cathey’s Top-Po is on display at the Duval Store.  Social distancing will be maintained.  See Supply List for Materials needed.  If you have a serger you can bring it for the construction of the Cover-up.
